Heard Law Firm continues to push against a lower court decision that reinforces the legal immunity held by social media platforms such as Snapchat. Although the Fifth Circuit reinforced that decision, Heard Law Firm has not given up its fight to protect minors from predators who use popular social media platforms to prey on their victims.
